As anU.S. Product
Specialist will be responsible for the daily management and downstream product
marketing activities that drive adoption and revenue growth of the Health
Informatics Monitoring (HIM) business in the U.S. This position will
have responsibility for supporting the customer and sales team through pricing
contracting strategies, market knowledge, product expertise, launching of
new products, managing supply chain and sales operations, as well as
responsibility to the financial results for the U.S. HIM business.

**PricingContracting Strategy**

+ Works with sales team toimplement and maintain a pricing contracting strategy in line withtargets

**Customer Focus Market Knowledge**

+ Maintain continual contact withcustomers in the U.S. region to keep abreast of changing customer needs

+ Keeps abreast of key marketdrivers, trends and changes in the competitive landscape

+ Works with sales and salesmanagement to ensure tactics and programs can be and are executedeffectively

+ Executescompetitive sales and marketing initiatives

+ Focuses on effective post-salesupport for customers

**Product Expertise**

+ Establishes self as the productexpert point of contact for the sales team

+ Manages customer complaintscollaborates with sustaining engineering to manage product issues

+ Executes effective producttraining for the sales team

+ Representproducts and programs at events and conventions

**New Product Launch Execution**

+ Develops US forecast and executes launch plan in conjunctionwith Global marketing

+ Ensures supply chain readiness for new productlaunch

**Supply Chain**

+ Works with sales and Logistics to adequately meetcustomer demand in a timely manner

+ Responsible for US demand forecast supplychain (including back order management logistics)

+ Enables processes for smooth order fulfillment

**Sales Operations**

+ Responsible for developing, implementing andmaintenance of sales promotions and quoting tools

+ Responsible for coordinating customer communicationand field visits as needed

+ Responsible for asset management in conjunction withSales Operations

**PL Responsibility**

+ Responsible for knowledge and management of the HIMPL

+ Provide senior management with updates, reports,content and presentations regarding performance

**MustHave: Minimum Requirements**

Education:

+ Bachelor’sdegree, MBA preferred

Experience:

+ 3+yearssuccessful product management or marketing experience; medical device marketspreferred

+ Demonstratedstrong customer relationships

+ Strong strategic, analytical, andtechnical skills

+ Ability to understand commonscientific literature, financial reports and legal documents

+ Strong oral and written communicationand presentation skills

+ Ability to work well in across-functional team, listen effectively to others

+ Abilityto multi-task, work on multiple projects, with good organizational skills

+ 25% travel within the US
