**A Day in the Life**

+ Work with human resources data todesign and develop the most suitable user interface such as dashboards,multiple charts types, trends, custom requests in Tableau

+ Develop complex calculated fields forthe business logic, field actions, sets and parameters to include variousfiltering capabilities for the dashboards, and to provide drill downfeatures for the detailed reports

+ Perform Tableau administrative dutiesthat comprised configuration, adding users, groups, data connections, andschedule tasks, embedding views in the Tableau Server

+ Manage dashboard permissions withinour complex matrixed organizational structure

+ Partner closely with our BusinessIntelligence team to build and optimize our HANA data warehouse.

+ Team with our research consultant tobring insights to scale

+ Provide multiple demonstrations ofTableau functionalities and efficient data visualizations approaches usingTableau to data analyst and management users

**Must Haves:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Mathematics/Statistics, Social Science, or similar

+ 5+ years of experience in dashboard development usingTableau or similar data visualization software

+ Recent experience (2+ years) using Tableau, withdemonstrated deep knowledge of Tableau’s complete menu of functionality

+ Demonstrated experience translating a question into avisualization, which provides insight and answers to the question

+ Previous work experience with human resources andtalent data, answering the questions leaders pose to their HR partner

**Nice to Have:**

+ Demonstrated understanding of data analysis andmodeling

+ Experience with data organization, storage, andmanagement, including principles in SAP HANA, relational databases, andother similar technologies

+ Previous experience with Workday and Taleo HR systems

+ Excellent communication and cross functional collaborationskills

+ Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degreeof accuracy

+ Demonstrated ability to complete projects independentlyand within established timeframes

+ Advanced organizational skills with the ability to workon multiple projects simultaneously

+ Adaptability and agility needed to comfortably respondto changes in priorities

+ Ability to establish rapport and collaborate with usersat all levels within an organization
